We’re looking to bring in a few hard-working, friendly, and dependable individuals to join us in a progressive, encouraging work environment. Job duties will include being a top rope belay instructor, cleaning duties, and the option to learn how to route set or become and instructor. You’ll be involved with special events, groups, competitions, and demo days. Specific positions listed below

Route Setter: Minimum of 1 year experience in a commercial rock gym, 10-15 hours availability per week minimum.

Boulder problem setters: Home wall setting is fine but, prefer commercial experience. MUST have the ability to set for all skill levels, 10-15 hours availability per week minimum.

Instructors: 2 years minimum sport climbing or trad. Earn 2/3’s of class revenue.

General Staff: Job duties will include being a top rope belay instructor, cleaning duties, and the option to learn how to route set. You’ll be involved with special events, groups, competitions, and demo days. Learn to be part of a team focused safety, the mechanics of climbing equipment and movement on the rock.

Assistant manager: Starting pay at $15.00 have at least 2 years’ experience as a leader, have management skill and ability to fairly dictate authority. 2 years outdoor lead climbing experience and knowledge of climbing equipment required. Skills with MailChimp and Photoshop a big plus. Health insurance, bonuses and 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year.

All Positions receive .50 cent per hours raise after 90-day probationary period. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to work well as a team, have good customer service skills, and a solid work ethic. We’re willing to provide all necessary training; we just need someone that’s willing and eager to learn. Work 10-15 hours a week depending on season and events. We’re very flexible with scheduling however you must be able to work weekends and evenings.
