Must have good experience (5.11 or better) in  sport, trad, top rope climbing, as well as anchor setting and rappelling.  Comp organization experience is preferred .  Be available to work a very flexible 20 to 35 hours per week (including weekends).  Starting pay $10.00 per hours, raise and pro-deals after probational period (60 days).
