Must have good experience (5.9 or better) in sport, trad, top rope climbing, as well at anchor setting and rappelling. Comp organization experience is preferred . Be available to work a very flexible 15 to 25 hours per week (including weekends). Starting pay $11.00 per hours, raise (.75) and pro-deals after probational period (60 days).
