Group Requirements
To qualify for group rates, your group must:
- Have between 8 and 25 climbers
- Pick the desired time slot for your group (listed below):
Weekly time slots
Tuesday thru Friday 1-4 / 4:30-7:30 / 8-11
Saturday 10-1 / 1:30-4:40 / 5-8
Sunday noon-3 / 3:30- 6:30 - Make reservations a minimum of 10 days in advance
- Have all waivers completed upon arrival (release forms can be downloaded off our website or we can fax or mail them to you)
- Have at least one person belay certified for every four climbers > Make a $50 non-refundable deposit for your reservation. (Deposit will be applied to total charges)
- Sleepovers only: Have at least one first aid certified adult attending
Belay Certification Requirements
- Belay certification fees are $10 prior to group’s arrival date and $15.00 the day of the event.
- The minimum age to belay is 14.
- Your group must have at least one person belay certified for every four climbers prior to the date of the reservation.
- Reservations are required for group belay certifications of 4 or more. (To Belay is to spot the climber via rope management.)
Method of Payment
- Full Payment is expected before you leave the facility.
- Payment will only be accepted for the total sum of the group.
- If you are a non-profit organization, please provide your 501(c)(3) number on organizational letterhead. We cannot give you tax-exemption without this.

*Only exceptions are groups traveling more than 40 miles.
Please read this information carefully. Our staff will be more than willing to answer any questions you may have. By following these requirements your group will spend more time on the wall and less money out of your pockets.
